*No Sessions will be held on 2/22 or 2/29
What Should I Expect?
When
you enter the Chapel, you will be greeted by a Nirvana Facilitator who will ask
you to sign in. You are free to sit wherever you fee comfortable. A
limited number of zafu cushions are available if you would like to sit or lay
on the floor. Feel free to bring your own pillow or mat if you choose.
Sometimes the Chapel can be cool, so you may want to bring a sweater or everyone
is seated the Facilitator will play guided imagery CD. All you need to do
is listen and relax!
*During the Noontime sessions on Wednesdays, a licensed,
mindfulness-meditation teacher will guide participants through the meditation
process. If you prefer a live person to an audio CD, then you should
check out these sessions!
